Jens Buch: Luxembourg, Europe Jens Buch: but my ISP goes through Belgium John: Oh, I see, I believe that is the major issue. Jens Buch: so how do we proceed? John: Does your regular computer base your IP address out of Luxembourg rather than Belgium? Or is there a location where you can use a computer that has a Luxembourg IP rather than a Belgian one? Jens Buch: no my home PC has a belgian IP and my work computer had a UK IP John: I see. In this case, you may need to check with your ISP -- usually if an IP is from another country, or system is quite sensitive to that and does block the accounts straight away. Jens Buch: so you are telling me I cannot use Neteller? John: If there is no way to access with a computer that has an IP based in Luxembourg, which it seems was possible previously, then I'm afraid that may be the case. John: Our policy is quite strict about where IPs come from, and unfortunately there is no exception. Jens Buch: will I need a Luxembourg IP once, or for every login?
